Update complaint status
Transitions a complaint between new → triage → resolved,
with an optional resolution_note for audit. Re-opening a
resolved complaint by transitioning back to triage clears
resolved_at; the prior resolution_note is preserved so the
triage history stays auditable. Passing
"resolution_note": "" clears the column; omitting the field
leaves whatever value was previously stored.
Requires the complaints:write scope, which is granted to owner
and admin roles.
Authenticate by sending your API key as a bearer token:
Authorization: Bearer am_live_.... Every request is automatically
scoped to the organization that owns the key and to the scopes granted
to that key.
