BUILT FROM THE MESSY MIDDLE OF 10DLC

We built AgentMessage because we needed it.

AgentMessage was started by two developers who had to deal with the ins and outs of 10DLC for a huge fleet of agents, where each agent needed its own phone number.

We were building agent software, not trying to become telecom experts. Then the messaging layer became the hardest part: number provisioning, campaign registration, carrier reviews, consent records, inbound routing, delivery events, and the long tail of edge cases that show up only after real users start replying.

The more agents we deployed, the more obvious it became that standard SMS platforms were built for campaigns, not fleets of autonomous agents. AgentMessage is the infrastructure we wanted: compliant numbers, clean routing, reliable webhooks, and pricing you can understand before traffic scales.

AgentMessage is the messaging infrastructure agents need to operate compliantly: number provisioning, consent capture, opt-out enforcement, carrier workflows, disclosure plumbing. We do not replace your compliance team or your legal counsel. Our job is to make the path of least resistance the compliant one, so the time your team spends on telecom paperwork drops from months to days, and the time your team spends on actually building the agent goes up.
